Just finished Joey Pigza Swallowed the Key by Jack Gantos. Joey ended up at a special school where the doctor worked with his Joey and his mom to help him with focus issues. He finally got to return to school and was so excited because he felt that he was a new kid. You will have to read the book to find out how the return went!!!
I hope all of you are having a restful summer and I hope you will read, read, read!!!! It's the only way for you to become a good reader. I also hope that you will visit the public library. There are many wonderful reading and writing events going on there this summer. My daughter finished her second card of 300 minutes so off the to the library we will go. I will probably be there around 3:00-4:00. Hope to see you there.
